NO! It's a Wirehaired Portuguese Podengo Medio!

Wow.  That's a lot of words for such a little dog!

We are very excited to have these dogs here at Alfheim. 

The breed comes in three sizes (Grande, Medio and Pequeno translated as large, medium and small) and two coat types (wire and smooth).  The Medios resemble an Ibizan hound, but are about half the size.  Like the Ibizan they are a primitive rabbit hunting breed.

They are active, intelligent and fun loving.
